We have created a tailor-made elegant wine range from the Rhône Valley, part coming from our own vineyards, and part from some wine-growers integrated-partners that we have selected and contracted for their ancestral know-how, quality and reliability.
A refine selection from the Rhône Valley, from the septentrionale (Northern) part like Crozes-Hermitage, to the most South area in Luberon. All those wines are produced under our oenologist anf family supervision.

Hotter climate than Ventoux, vineyards located in the South of Rhône valley around Lacoste and Bonnieux, this wine is a blend of syrah, grenache and mourvedre. Black fruit, blackcurrant, blackberry, with a very fruity, silky and elegant finish. Good with game, cheese and red meat.
LUBERON AGED IN OAK BARREL
This special cuvée is made every vintage with the best grape from our oldest vineyards of grenache noir in Luberon on the villages of Oppède. Aged 15 months in French oak barrels, demi-muits of 500 liters, with only 10% new oak every year, this wine is full bodied and can be kept in your cellar for years.
VACQUEYRAS RED
Protected by the "Dentelles de Montmirail" overlooking the village and vineyard, it benefits from a diversity of soils and terroirs which give the wine a beautiful aromatic richness.
Blend of grenache mainly with some syrah and mourvèdre, our wine has black and ripe cherry and fig aromas, with notes of candied fruits. Followed by some spicy and leather notes, slightly smoked, this is a powerful, carved and rich wine, with an elegant and long finish, but also some typical freshness and finesse.
Vacqueyras has since 1998 become the official wine of the Festival d'Avignon (festival created by Sade himself with his numerous plays).
GIGONDAS RED
As for the origin of the name Gigondas, two hypotheses clash. The first: he would draw it out of gignit undas, "arose from the waters", like this mountain containing a gigantic underground water reservoir. The second: of Latin origin, jucunda, which means "joyful" and would be inspired, either by Jucundus, the first owner of the place, or by its pleasant position and the pleasures of hunting around … Or the pleasure of the wine itself.
Gigondas is the first Côtes du Rhône villages to reach the rank of "Cru" (classified growth) on 6 January 1971.
On the nose our wine reveals a bouquet of red fruits and very ripe black fruits. In the mouth, the Gigondas is full-bodied with a fleshy attack followed by some fine aromas, fruity and spicy. 60% grenache, 15% syrah, 15% mourvèdre.
CHÂTEAUNEUF-DU-PAPE RED
It is the popes who, when they settled in Avignon in the XIV'th century, revealed the terroir of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The precious nectar produced in these place, reached the rank of "Pope's wine". A consecration which opens the door to the great European courts. It is also one of the Avignon's Pope that offered to Sade family the Château in Saumane for the good services provided as a reward.
Châteauneuf-du-Pape was the first appellation to be controlled in France, thanks to the request of Baron Le Roy (1936).
Most famous wine-producing village of the Rhône Valley, and probably one of the most famous in France, our Châteauneuf-du-Pape red is made of grenache, syrah, mourvedre and cinsault. Aged for 18 months in French large oak barrel called "foudre", this wine is powerful, silky, elegant, with subtle tannins and a very long finish.
SAINT-JOSEPH RED
This wine from the North of the Rhône Valley comes from steep vineyards maintained by hand, and is made of syrah aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, using around 30% of new oak every year. It develops some black currant and blackberry aromas, with expressive black pepper and slight truffle smell with some spicy notes of white and Sichuan pepper.
CROZES-HERMITAGE RED
Amazing expression of the syrah from the North of Rhône Valley, this Crozes-Hermitage is aged in French oak barrel for 12 months. The wine is powerful and develops some aromas of black pepper and black-currant, spice and Sichuan pepper. This is a very elegant wne with long-lasting finish, an amazing expression of syrah.
CÔTES DU RHÔNE VILLAGES RED
This Côtes du Rhône Villages 2020 is a limited edition of 9.000 bottles, that comes from the village of Rochegude.
The wine is absolutely unique, with low yield and strict selection of the best grape, doing a late harvest to have more concentration of sugar and flavour. After the traditional vinification, the wine has been aged in special oak barrels for a tailor-made finish, barrels that previously contained Sauternes for 1 year, then French Single Malt for 3 years. The ageing of this red wine lasted during 9 months to provide to this Côtes du Rhône a special character, between tradition and modernity, trying to escape from the "déjà-vu" and innovate for new taste and sensations.
